How consent is given By selecting the separate personal data consent checkbox and submitting the enquiry form, I freely give the Controller consent to process the data described below. An enquiry cannot be submitted without this checkbox. The site records the consent, its version, the text at submission and the date the enquiry was received. 3. Purpose and data The purpose is to consider my enquiry about engineering design, reviews or technical support, prepare a response and preliminary estimate, contact me and discuss possible cooperation. The data comprise my name, the phone number or email address I provide, and the optional company name and project description insofar as they contain personal data. Receipt date and email delivery information are used to handle the enquiry. The originating site is recorded to distinguish Russian and English enquiries. The company name and project description are optional. I provide my own information and do not include passport details, health information, bank details or other people’s data without an appropriate basis. The form does not request special categories of personal data or biometric data. 4. Processing and email notifications The Controller may collect, record, organise, accumulate, store, update, retrieve, use, transmit for email notification delivery, restrict, erase and destroy the data, using automated or manual means. The enquiry is stored in the site database on its hosting server. Access is restricted to the Controller and authorised people who need it to handle enquiries. Both site versions use the same administration system and enquiry database. Email notifications contain the name, company, contact details, project description, consent information, originating site and receipt time. Mail.ru is used to send notifications and Yandex Mail to receive them. These services process message content and technical information as required for transmission, delivery and storage under their service terms. This consent does not authorise public disclosure, unrestricted distribution, sale, advertising mailings or automated decisions producing legal effects. 5. Processing period Consent applies from submission until its purpose is fulfilled, but no more than 30 days from receipt of the enquiry, or until withdrawal, whichever occurs first. When the purpose is fulfilled, the period expires or consent is withdrawn, the Controller stops processing and arranges removal from the enquiry database and email copies within the periods required by applicable law. On fulfilment of the purpose or withdrawal, data are destroyed within no more than 30 days unless another lawful basis permits processing. If a contract is concluded, information necessary to perform it or meet statutory duties may be processed under a separate lawful basis. This consent concerns enquiries through the website form. 6. Withdrawal and enquiries To withdraw consent, request information, correction, restriction or erasure, email serg.busigin2011@yandex.ru. You may use the subject “Withdrawal of personal data consent” and provide your name, the contact used in the enquiry and its approximate date so it can be located. The Controller may request information to verify that the data belong to the requester. After withdrawal, processing based on consent stops. Further processing requires a basis provided by Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data. 7. Cookies and analytics Form consent concerns enquiry data. Essential cookies operate the site and protect the form. Analytics permission, if analytics is enabled for this site, is requested separately and can be changed on the Cookies page. Declining analytics does not prevent an enquiry. The English site has no analytics counter enabled by default. When enabled with consent, Yandex Metrica can record page visits, links, clicks, scrolling and other interactions, including click maps and session replay. Name, company, contact and project fields are excluded from recording typed values and are not included in analytics event parameters. Expired enquiries are removed automatically at cleanup service startup and then hourly. Removal occurs at the next check after expiry; after an interruption, cleanup resumes when the service is restored. Increasing the setting does not extend existing enquiries’ maximum retention. A reduction applies at the next cleanup. Previously recorded consent texts are not rewritten. Automatic cleanup covers the active website database. The Controller separately manages removal of email copies, exports, logs and backups. Fulfilment of the purpose and withdrawal are handled separately; the Controller must not wait for scheduled expiry when earlier removal is required.
